Tagboard insulation failure in Quad II amplifier

I remember many tag board with large holes or slots drilled between the tag rows in group guitar amps, big Fenders and of course, the Wallace, perhaps because the heat they produce changes the paxolin somewhat. Helped the ventilation too.
