That's an interesting one that I haven't come across. It's usually the Resistors themselves that pose the problem.
Is that Hunts OK?
Cutting a slot either side is a standard method of increasing the Creepage Distance but shouldn't be necessary for this.
It wouldn't be too difficult to make a new Tag Board.
