Why is VM Broadband different?

VM can guarantee sync speed in a way that nobody else can except for the currently rare instances of FTTP. Throughput is another matter. Look at the 2nd table in this article: http://www.thinkbroadband.com/news/7580-...-2016.html

Virgin seems to come off worst of all providers in these tests. I'm sure that Terry can give a technical explanation for this. Presumably some kind of bandwidth sharing problem.
