Only the water main and gas main have to be bonded to the MET. All other bonding is supplementary, typically in 4mm. you might for example bond hot and cold water together under a sink. You don't need multiple bonds if you are sure there is a good conenction via pipes. So if you have mutliple cold pipes coming out of a plastic tank in the loft you might well bond all of these together near the tank. You might not trust the boiler to be a good earth bond between (say) gas and CH flow and CH return. So possibly bond there. I have H and C coming from a pump to the shower in my bathroom. Pretty sure they'd be floating if they weren't explicity bonded.
When the 15th Ed regs introduced many of the binding requirements people went OTT. Seems to have settled down now. That page from TLC that I mentioned gives good and sensible guidance. If necessary just think from first principles? Is that significant bit of pipe/radiator etc likely to be floating wrt the MET or other pipe etc. If it, then bond it.
