Viessmann boiler failure

It's not a combi, it's a system boiler which incorporates pump, bypass etc. It has separate flow and return ports for DHW cylinder primary though I'm not using these. Just a pair of motorised valves in "S plan" configuration. No reason whatsoever for any gas to be burned unless either CH or DHW calls for heat.
