The brand name is apparently 'Reson', and the cartridge may have originally been a turnover type, as, on close inspection, there appears to be a second stylus fitting point on the side covered by the riveted on fixing bracket, suggesting that it was modified for a particular application 'wd40addict' over on UKVRRR has posted that the cartridge is of German manufacture, possibly made by Steeg & Reuter.
