In the absence of a valve holder schematic, your best bet would be to reverse engineer one, start with the nine wires of the connector cable, from your pic the nine wires appear to terminate on the tag strip on the left in the picture, the two heater feeds should be easy, they're probably the two thick wires, the rest will need to be traced back to the main panel, then mark that tag strip on valve holder panel h,h,c,g,s,a1,a2,d1,d2 in pencil or whatever then do the reverse engineering of the valve holder wiring from there.
Plugging a valve in the wrong holder might damage the valve and/or the tester.
