Hello,
I have had a couple of these over the years,there should be a roller selector switch somewhere as otherwise you will not be able to select the electrodes of the valve under test.
They are very basic and are OK if used very carefully,however its so easy to damage the meter by slightest misuse.
I have never seen one with that panel, one had an autotranformer to test 1.4v valves.
