Unless T1 is a FET I suspect almost any RF transistors would work. What frequency range is it meant to cover?
Just because the board marking says it's a resistor doesn't mean it actually was. I've known designs where a different sort of component has been fitted without the silk screen being updated. i've even done some myself. In those days re-doing a PCB was relatively expensive unless you were making lots of units.
