As someone very interested in H2S, 'Echoes of War' gives vital information not given anywhere else. And it is written in a very readable style, as indeed are all Lovell's books. His story of the building of Jodrell Bank is fascinating.
One of my 'slow-burn' projects is build up an H2S MkIIB system, and get it working to the extent feasible and safe. If I live long enough!
