I think the later ones like the T99 & T139 are now much rarer, parts and info is really hard. I looked before for a circuit diagram with no success and I also saved a search on E-bay for Dynatron Tuner but there has not been one for two years, the T69 turns up but never the later types.
I think you see the T69 a lot because it's usually partnered with an amplifier that is worth much more.
I think the T139 is also used in a "MIMCO" marine receiver.
