Hi Rob,
It would appear that a booster transformer might have been fitted. However, even with the low EHT voltage the picture is surprisingly bright.
Replacing the N308/30P4 line output valve increased the picture width but the EHT voltage remains low. The CRT heater voltage is 12.1volts, slightly below the correct figure of 12.6volts.
The HT rectifier will have to be replaced.
