This may be a silly question but why fit separate CUs for each phase? Normal UK practice would be a 3 phase distribution board with a mixture of 3 phase and single phase MCBs. Use RCBOs where RCD protection is required. Probably also fit a 100mA tme delay RCD as the incomer. This gives good protection against fire for all circuits plus discrimination with respect to the 30mA RCDs on circuits with socket outlets.
