Just turned on PM! Didn't know it was off until you mentioned it.

I have a book titled how to wire your French house which has most of what I need.
As to the regs they would all be in complex French which is still beyond me.
It is still legal here to re-wire/wire your own house.
After wiring a new house you have to notify The Conseil and they will come and inspect the installation and either pass it or fail it. If a fail they will list the issues that need fixing.
Re-wiring -you just do it!
