It's a tolerancing issue on the sound modulator chips and was fixed by a couple of resistor value changes. R33 and R49 need to be changed from 220R to 2K2.

Any chance of a layout drawing and I'll replace them myself, I'm sure the Aurora in question is a 2008-2009 model.
