Thanks Lawrence, I'm quite pleased with it.
The Brackets are of course hopelessly over-engineered but it was what I had to hand. I've dumped some Oil into the Bottom Bracket to stop it seizing up and I might even dig out some old Paint.
Now I need some Football.
I should have added that this is the approximate direction.
