Hi.
BBC Radio Scotland has good programming, BBC Ulster is a hoot too! Carrying on the the Irish theme I find Spirit Radio on 549 a good mixed bag, not so keen on 5 live and Talk Sport but locals from West Sound & Clyde 2 are far from the worst.
Medium wave is still busy enough If you have a decent set and aerial.
Long wave has RTE & R4 which is good quality from Westerglen, much better than the distortion from Droitwich!
