'Replaced by 2020'? I'll believe it when I see it: my gas meter was supposed to have been replaced nearly ten years ago.
Needless to say, it's still in place.
What, actually, is the point of a 'smart' meter? What's 'smart' about it that makes it 'better' than a normal meter, or is it just change for change's sake?
