When i did mine about 5 years ago i was surprised that ALL the sprague bumblebee capacitors were leaky and had to be changed.
i was also unlucky because the dropper resistor was O/C .
The one i had was marked on the back made for harrods of London.

if its made by hand it can be repaired by hand
