Having now worked on the R300, replacing the three AF117s with GT322As's, there are only minor differences between it and the R200 (3rd version), one being that the R300 has a 330 ohm resistor in series with the detector diode and volume control, whereas the R200, at least according to it's circuit diagram does not. Otherwise they're identical.
