Tried out the Pye 15A this evening. Standard test procedure, just plug it in. It works! and it works very well indeed. Short wave reception is excellent for a simple superhet. Medium wave performance is equally good and goes up to 1600Kc/s. Long reception is OKish.
The reason of course for bringing the set into workshop is to take measurements to make a replica cabinet for Trevor's model 65A. Nie bother, I should be able to copy this one.
