Getting back to the subject of the Eddystone 670A. After performing more adjustments to the RF and oscillator circuits the sensitivity is improved, now the set compares well with the Pilot X65B.
However, background noise is far worse in the 670A than the Pilot.
As restoration work will continue with the Eddystone 659 this receiver will be introduced as another topic in the forum.
