Eddystone 670A. Today I attempted more adjustments to the alignment. Let's find if it was all the extra effort.
I've started work on another Eddystone receiver, a model 659/670. The history of this set is unknown only one thing is sure, it's been got at by another repairer sometime in the distant past.
This receiver has four wavebands, three short and a rather restricted coverage medium waveband, 1220 to 522Kc/s = 245 to 575 meters.
The model 670A has full medium coverage, 1550kc/s to 540kc/s = 193.5 to 555.5 meters.
Unfortunately it cannot receive the local low power hospitals transmitter on 1575Kc/s. the Pilot X65B can.
