After connecting the Eddystone to the tunable frame aerial I find that it performs quite well but the almost eighty year old Pilot X65B still has the edge in terms of performance on all wavebands.
Tomorrow I'll take the Eddystone back to the workshop to find out if any further improvements can be made.
Worth bearing in mind the Pilot has never had any adjustments done to the alignment since it left the New York factory sometime in 1936.
