Herewith the Shelf - a couple of dreadful Pictures and a Drawing. I think there are enough Dims but if I've missed any let me know.

The Shelf itself is Ply.
It's supported on the LHS by an L_shaped (on its back) Wooden Bracket and on the RHS by a U-shaped one. It fits hard against the rear Surround.
It sits about 7.5" above the bottom of the Cabinet.
I expect you will have to adjust the total length to fit the actual Cabinet.
