Yes, Ferranti E line not for sale numbers. Heaven knows how you came by these. Date I should think from the early 70s when I was there. Could be quite good silicon devices.
A lot of the later development were high voltage devices
Stick them in a Chinese Magic box and it will tell you what they are. Then if you have a lot, drive one to its limits to see what it will take.
