E125E. Transistor?

Found a few of these 3 legged devices in a bag. Marked ZXH E12 5E. The package is TO92 -ish. More like the Ferranti ZTX transistors, fairly flat with rounded corners on one face.

Any ideas? Google hasn't given me anything sensible. E125E is a small DC-DC converter. Definitely not what I've got.
