Are you the only house on the supply transformer? If so, don't worry about exporting the PME earth. Technically it might be wrong but with only you on the supply there's not enough scope for neutral faults to worry unduly.
The problem with PME is that if somebody else has a fault or if there's a break in the neutral the neutral potential can rise alarmingly. Hence your earth rises with because it's "supplied" by the neutral. In practice the risk is small but it's there. Obviously you must bond the chalet earth to the LPG, otherwise the hob metalwork could be at a different potential to any metal cased electrical stuff.
In theory you should probably TT the chalet but in practice the chances of a problem are small. You pays your money and takes your choice.
