Yes, I meant more or less that. The Hartley Oscillator circuit is also worth getting your head around with respect to bias.
Not only that but the two (in effect) inductors don't have to be mutually coupled....apparently, not tried that trick myself though, I've always used a cathode tapped version.
Most valve RF oscillators operate under Class C conditions, the grid is biased well into the cut off region.
