Cable down to the shed

The core in the armoured cable that I'm presently using for earth is 10 mm so far as I know, I would TT the caravan/chalet but the ground here is not "normal" ground, it's the site of a former metalliferous mine and a big one at that, the top soil if you can call it that is very shallow below that is tons of mine deads (Killas, Quartz, Peach etc) which sit on top of bedrock (Killas) I might not get a spike down, a mat is out of the question for various reasons, if I can use PME it would be a lot easier for me but it needs to be acceptably safe.
