I never suggested you installed Spy Hunter. I supplied that link to alert you to the dangers of Speed Browser which I then thought you'd un-install manually. As Mark says above adding more and more programs is like pouring petrol on a fire in an attempt to put it out.
What I, and many other people, have advised you to install is MalwareBytes. That will hopefully get rid of the other junk but, as we said last week, the best solution short of a different computer would be a full re-install from the OS up.
Trying to diagnose problems at a distance is always difficult and from the sound of it your PC is in such a state that it would be very hard to deal with even if we were working on it in person.
