Yes, please uninstall them all. Having multiple things like this on the machine can cause all manner of problems.
Once uninstalled, install Malwarebytes and Avast. That is all the protection you need. Adding an ad blocker and Ghostry to your web browser will help again. But don't install duplicates of the same thing - you need 1 virus checker, and 1 malware scanner. Multiple products all attempting doing the same thing can cause problems.
