I can think of one or two people to whom this might be usefully applied. But in practice don't even dream about using it. Nice exhibit to have sitting around at home, hinting at a dark and disreputable past I saw something similar at Harpenden a few years ago and nearly bought it. By the time I had resolved to buy it somebody else had got there first.
