While I'm at it, I wonder if I should remove the initial replies about the attachment? And perhaps once it's done, these messages about the note could probably go...
Rest assured that as a policy, while I might very occasionally edit a post to correct an obvious formatting problem (such as the quoting), I don't like to edit the content of posts - not even typos - without speaking to the person who made the post. Sometimes that conversation might need to happen after the edit, but I want to be open about it. I suppose that adding a note is a bit different...
