Here is a interesting one I am going to play with.
It is homemade and I have been told it has the first ever Ferranti intervalve transformer. I collect old components including transformers but I think this should stay were it is.
I cant find a model number on it but it looks pretty cool and it is in circuit.
The valves are a Mazda HL2 for the detector and a Osram KT24 for the output valve so I reckon it should be powerful enough to run a horn speaker.
I've got a bit of time to play around at the mo so will see about getting it going along with a BTH I will post separately to avoid confusion.
