That is a B9A valve-holder, therefore it's for an X79 valve - so it can't be X78 valve as that uses a 7-pin B7G valve-holder.
(It's V1 - the frequency changer).
The attached extract of the GEC BC5243 Service Data might be helpful in clearing any confusion as to the range of alternative valves bases used.
(For the avoidance of doubt, the bases as shown are when viewed from underneath - not from above).
