I asked Terry Dayton of D-Labs if he would be OK with my sharing the circuit diagram for the Transformer Ratio Meter, which he kindly agreed to. So here it is adapted for UK mains supply. I will post the wiring diagram too once I have double checked it for accuracy having redrawn it.
The circuit employs two quadruple scale voltmeters with ranges of 0-3v, 0-10v, 0-30v and 0-100v, with the rotary switches providing the range selection of each independently.
