They are probably fine but I'm always suspicious of cheap components. Duds and failures can take time and be frustrating to sort out. No spec with these or quality standard.
Generally, for the small quantity I use, I prefer to buy from Farnell, maybe you get what you pay for. Just looked at some of there similar resistors and they were made in Japan where I would reckon the manufacturing is top quality.
