I use Inkjet paper from Crafty Computer Paper which is not bad and good enough for general use. The best comes from Kustom Rides in the US and is tougher and stands moving around more. It also has really powerful adhesive.
Both work in the same way. Print the paper with the printer set to Glossy. Leave for 15 mins and then spray with acrylic lacquer to seal the ink. A couple of coats is better than one heavy. Leave for day to really dry.
Cut out the decal and soak in warm water, 1 minute is enough for the Crafty but more for the Kustom rides. Slide onto the object and then brush out any air bubbles using a flat art brush. Allow another day to dry somewhere warm and then spray with protective lacquer. Start with a few mist coats and work up: thick coats can 'eat' the decal.
I couldn't translate yours to this but it should give you a start.

PS: most has a "Use by date"
