While waiting for some Waterslide I decided I'd better have a trial run. One problem is that 200 x 300mm is bigger than A4 - 210 x 197mm if I remember rightly. Why didn't they just make it 200 x 300mm?
Anyway, I knocked up some Artwork and printed it out 1:1 leaving 1.5mm at Top and Bottom.
Then I turned up a simple Punch out of a bit of Silver Steel.
Then I trimmed the Printout and punched the Holes.
It seems to fit OK
