You may have difficulty sourcing 8uf ( and 3volt 100uf) capacitors these days, but 10uf can be used to rplace the 8uf ones (Electrolytic caps. usually have a wide tolerance , typically +/- 20% of nominal value, in any case) As to working voltage, a general rule is 'equal to, or greater than', that of the original. 6.3volt Capacitors should be available, if not, 10volt ones can be used to replace tose 3v. ones, and, if neccesary, 16v. caps for the 12v. ones. Axial Capacitors are available, if needed, although radial types are much more common nowadays. Recently I have used Russian GN322 transistors to replace AF117s
