Must have gained his G8 licence a few weeks before I gained G8JIN back in 1974/5 before I became G4EBT!
Welcome to this relaxed, friendly forum.
No tall poppies, no roost rulers - just chums. Way to go!
Hmmmmm, food for thought. I just migrated from a website that I thought was essentially good but just lacking in friendly atmosphere and sense of humour. The members were very helpful and friendly but I was finding the atmosphere stuffy. Then I had a look around and found this site and it immediately seemed relaxed and happy. Engineers with the same interest but a smile as well.
I ought to say I've always been a bit of a chatterbox and have been known to drift off course a bit but I'm always polite and follow the rules on websites. So, I'm hoping I can learn more here and also hopefully help others.
Great website and a warm welcome from me to all new members.
