Nick, you are confusing RCBO and RCD. RCBO is an RCD and MCB in the same device.

Useful CU with twin RCDs and several MCBs. "High integrity" means that you can configure 1 or more MCBs without RCD protection. Normally used for alarm circuits and suchlike. If installation is TT (has its own earth rods, you say your workshop has this arrangement) then ALL circuits must be covered by an RCD.
