Yes! those you posted look very similar and are intended for transmission. Apart from ruggedness and being intended to last for a long time are there any difference in aerials intended for transmission against those for reception?
Just had to have new TV and FM aerials and this is circular unlike the old arrangement of a flat folded dipole and other bits. Its a much neater arrangement and is probably quicker for the installer to put together.
