Could be due to McAfee 'not cooperating'. I'd try this: remove McAfee and replace it with Avast! (free version) as a trial. If the reported problem then does not re-appear, that implies McAfee was the cause - so you'll then need to 'talk' to McAfee about it. However, if the reported problem does re-appear, then that implies a problem with Adobe: so you'll then need to 'talk' to them.
My experience with McAfee and Adobe is such that it could easily be either - or possibly both - each not wishing to co-exist with the other!
