I used an online capacitance calculator to try and work out the distance between the plates to get a reasonable value of pf:
10 square mm plates at .5 micron gap (.0005 mm) equaled 177 pf using a dielectric constant of 1, not sure what the dielectric constant is in the material that would be used.
