At Brooks in Despatch during very busy periods we accessed labour from other departments. One day a guy was running the trolley moving motors between conveyors when a cast iron E90 motor was ejected from the conveyor to land on his foot but fortunately all employees were supplied with safety foot-ware? In my office the doctor examined this guy who had just had his small toe neatly amputated; even wearing a full suit of armour accidents will still happen. I felt truly sorry for this guy because he was helping me out.

Oh dear Lawrence; I hope your generous gift of rain doesn't reach here until dark because so far the BBC weather forecasters have got it totally wrong again; its a bit dull but no rain; hail or thunder as yet? You could offer your chainsaw services Lawrence at a cost to lop the branches back?

Bron and I have just returned from Halford's where we've now bought a new Garmin NUVI 54LM for £99 less 10%. We spoke to the sales guy who was extremely helpful and the Garmin we intended to buy had lots of unwanted information; we never travel far from home so this Garmin appears just right for us and a bargain with free lifetimes upgrades.

That rain has bypassed you Col. Not 10 minutes ago, there was an almighty great clap of thunder here. Then the heavens opened - but only for 5 minutes. It took me that 5 minutes to put all my tools under cover! Fence building in progress - only 3.5m, but taking it slowly so as not to tire myself before the end of the job. Looks like it won't rain again, so off out to finish it.
