That is something I've never met. Perhaps that is because I've always used 'Arrow' sub-min. switches. They usually come with an aluminium dolly attached to the operating lever, and the tags - which are round - have small holes in them for the wire attachment. Fortunately I still have a fair quantity in stock: they probably date back to the mid-1970s!
