The tools are known as 'Spudgers' and widely used for removing plastic cases to gain access to such things as I-phones, I-pads, laptops to repair them or replace screens:

They abound on e-bay of course, and there are scores of videos on using spudgers in the repair of phones and laptops on youtube.

Some spudgers are metal but they don't have sharp edges, unlike screwdrivers which many are unwisely tempted to use.

I improvised by filing down a plastic toothbrush handle.
