Years ago I built a contraption out of wood for making T&G flooring boards from PSE stock using a small slitting blade mounted on a drill, it did the job but what a hassle, we were skint at the time so that was our only option, I only ever made a couple of house windows, they were done by hand, all the other windows I made were shed windows for the sheds I used to make at our sawmill, they were simple half lap joints, glued and screwed.
